It covers trip logistics coordination, lodge and campsite bookings, procurement of supplies, and route guidance, available before departure and while on the move. This is distinct from itinerary design and advice, a separate service for building the route itself. Concierge is the support that travels with you; itinerary design is the plan before you go.
What's Included in Concierge Support
Every concierge booking includes four core services, handled by one dedicated team.
Lodge and campsite bookings. We reserve accommodation and campsites along your route so each night is confirmed before you arrive.
Procurement orders. Submit a simple order form and we arrange food, fuel planning, and essential supplies to be ready at pickup or waypoints.
Route coordination. We sequence your stops, driving distances, and border or permit requirements into a workable daily plan.
On-trip support. A point of contact is available while you're on the road for changes, emergencies, or local advice.
How It Works, From Inquiry to Departure
1. Inquiry. Tell us your travel dates, group size, and the kind of trip you're planning; we respond with options suited to your vehicle tier.
2. Planning call. We confirm your route, accommodation needs, and any procurement or equipment requirements.
3. Bookings confirmed. We secure lodges or campsites, place procurement orders, and finalize your route plan and vehicle handover details.
4. Departure. You collect your vehicle fully briefed and equipped, with a concierge contact on call for the duration of your trip.
